Choose Bold Colors for Stunning Portraits

Soft pastels and newborns seem made for each other but don't be afraid to go bold. My favorite picture of my daughter is her in a shocking red tutu and a solid white backdrop. I love seeing children photographed against muted backdrops with a splash of bold color. So if you are hitting the beach or even a studio try leaving the whites and pastels at home and go with a bold solid. Vibrant blue is another color that looks flattering on any new baby or toddler.
